This Child Safety Standards policy applies to ECNL Media Market (package name: com.ecnlmedia.market), developed and operated by ECNL Media Market Inc.

ECNL Media Market is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and above. The application is not designed for use by minors and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

1. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE & CSAM

ECNL Media Market Inc. enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Sexualized or suggestive content involving minors
  • Grooming, manipulation, or predatory behavior
  • Sextortion, coercion, or threats involving minors
  • Trafficking, solicitation, or exploitation of children

2. Age Restriction & Child Protection Measures

Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to create or use ECNL Media Market accounts. Any account suspected to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended or terminated, and associated data will be removed.

3. Reporting, Feedback & Enforcement

ECNL Media Market provides in-app mechanisms for reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, or child safety concerns. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

When CSAE or CSAM is identified, ECNL Media Market Inc. will:

  • Immediately remove violating content
  • Suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts
  • Report confirmed violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities

4. Legal Compliance

ECNL Media Market Inc. complies with all applicable child protection laws, Google Play Child Safety Standards, and other relevant regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
